What can I expect
this package could be suggested after an initial 1/1 session
We will meet at my purpose built coaching room (other meeting places are an option at this stage) in Kingswinford West Midlands. for 1 hour 1/1 session, once every 2 weeks. Using the GROW model we will explorer your goals, options and set targets
You will leave the session with a personal work sheet to complete between sessions
After every session you will receive an E mail reviewing the previous session reminding you of your aim for the next session
During the 12 weeks you will receive encouragement emails ie: quotes, YouTube links personal to our sessions
this course will be £400 discounted for early payment
